As every year once their "Initial Phase" is finished, the new PhD students of EC2/BIG-NSE have the great opportunity to present their PhD work plan in front of the UniSysCat community.
UniSysCat will be continuing the former tradition from UniSysCat by hosting this year's New Year's Reception.
At the annual UniSysCat retreat our members have the opportunity to learn about current research topics and affairs within the organisation.
Prof. Dr. Bruno Chaudret, Institut National des Sciences Appliquées will speak on the topic Iron based Organometallic Nanoparticles for Magnetically Induced Catalysis
Prof. Dr. Peter Wasserscheid, Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg will be speaking on the topic Supported Catalytically Active Metal Solutions (SCALMS) - single atom catalysis for alkane dehydrogenation.
Dr. Maxie Rössler, Imperial College London will be giving a lecture (more information soon).
